About D & R Professional Home Services LLC in Raleigh, NC

Licensed Building, Plumbing, and Electrical Work Under One Roof

D & R Professional Home Services LLC is a licensed remodeling contractor serving homeowners throughout Raleigh and the surrounding area. The company holds state licenses in building, plumbing, and electrical work, which means you're working with a single contractor who can handle every phase of your project—from pouring concrete foundations to installing wiring, running supply lines, and completing finish carpentry.

This breadth of in-house capability eliminates the need to coordinate multiple subcontractors. When one team handles all three trades, schedules stay tighter, communication stays clear, and quality control remains consistent from foundation to final walkthrough. You'll know exactly who's accountable at every stage.

Every remodeling project completed by D & R Professional Home Services is backed by a one-year workmanship warranty. That warranty reflects the company's commitment to standing behind the quality of every installation, repair, and finish detail long after the final invoice is settled.

Built by Someone Who Chose the Trade Over the Desk

The owner of D & R Professional Home Services didn't start in construction—he began his career in banking, degree in hand. But behind-the-desk work didn't fit. Hands-on problem-solving, building something tangible, and the satisfaction of turning a worn-out space into something functional and beautiful pulled him back to where he belonged: on the job site. That career shift wasn't a fallback—it was a deliberate choice to do work that felt right.

That genuine love for the trade shows up in how projects are approached. You're not working with someone who treats remodeling as a business transaction. You're working with someone who finds real satisfaction in figuring out how to route plumbing through a tight crawlspace, framing an addition that matches the existing roofline, or wiring a panel upgrade that brings an older Raleigh home up to modern electrical standards.

Raleigh's mix of mid-century ranch homes, older neighborhoods with unique layouts, and newer developments means every remodeling project comes with its own set of challenges. D & R Professional Home Services has the licensed expertise to handle the structural, mechanical, and finish work those projects demand—whether you're updating a kitchen in a 1970s split-level or adding a bathroom to a craftsman bungalow.

Responsiveness That Homeowners Notice and Mention

One detail homeowners consistently mention when they talk about working with D & R Professional Home Services is how quickly their calls and messages are returned. That responsiveness isn't accidental—it's a reflection of the owner's personal commitment to being available and dependable throughout your project. When you reach out with a question, a concern, or a last-minute change, you're not left waiting days for a reply.

From the initial estimate through project completion, you'll experience what it's like to work with a contractor who genuinely cares about getting the details right. That means clear communication about timelines, transparent explanations when unexpected conditions arise, and follow-through on the commitments made during your consultation.
